Main function
Installed at the entrance with electric barrier, and issues hourly tickets to incoming drivers.
Encodes date/time, serial number, unit number and parking number on card.
When the unit reads season card, year card, park value card, and then the electric barrier(e. G. YA-609D) opens.
An intercom and a call button are provided for the user to contact the managing office.
