E-ticketing system with ticket information showed, unique function of training & practice
Automatic ticket selling and checking system, integrating with network technology, database management technology and automatic control technology, is a real-time control and processing system which is able to manage the process of ticket selling and checking based on LAN. Advantages:
1. It’s able to sell tickets by computer and check tickets automatically through computer network, and it’s easy for the supervisor to know the situation of ticket-selling and attendance.
2.Each ticket has only one number attached encrypt bar code, which makes it easy for checking system to idendify it; Meanwhile, there is information about the ticket name, time of ticket-selling, time of validity, and so on.
3. Ticket-checking controllors of every channel connect with local servers, and it has prolonged communication distance, which make it possible to cut the cost and no computer needed at the ticket-checking entrance.
4. Ticket information:
a. Code: ticket identification code
b. Name: Adult ticket, student ticket, group ticket, year ticket, VIP ticket.
c. Unit price: e.g. paid by RMB. If supported foreign currency, in currency definition, exchange rate can be setted.
d. Effective date: valid date from selling, such as 1 day, 1 month or 1 year, to indicate valid in that day, 1 month or 1 year valid.
e. Start and end time: the time slot to entry will be setted, eg. Evening ticket, its start and end time is from 18:00 to 21:30, which is to indicate that the ticket in that period is valid and non-valid in rest time.
f. sign: to distiguish kind of tickets such as value ticket, employee ticket, discharged card, group ticket, valueless ticket, year ticket etc. The valid period of value ticket is one time; employees enter by swiping card; journalists, leaders and honored guests enter by VIP ticket or guard swiping card.
g. sound: 8 voice prompt fraction in main control board to play voice prompt in checking tickets such as Come in, half-price ticket, year ticket, employee ticket, group ticket, evening ticket, nonvalid ticket, Goodbye and etc.
h. Final date: some discount tickets maybe valid before xx days, which can be setted.
i. Effective passage: some tickets are valid in certain passages, some are valid in all passages.Valid passage can be setted in background program.
j. Price after discounting or full price in face of it is optional for touring party to make it convenient to do business when selling group tickets.
